The first foray into the Witcher in novel form is solid. I personally prefer the short story format, but the transfer was more exciting and enjoyable than expected

Nie spodziewałam się, że tak będzie mi się ta książka podobać. Historia wciąga, ale zdecydowanie jest to prolog do czegoś większego. Bardzo zdziwiona jestem też, że porusza ona takie ważne tematy jak menstruacja, czy wykorzystanie seksualne. Oczywiście są tutaj niepotrzebne opisy piersi, ale można przymknąć na to oko patrząc na to, jakie opisy ma większość książek romantasy 👀 Dużo tutaj jest wątków społecznych i politycznych, co mi się podobało. Co nie częste polubiłam każdego bohatera, ale Ciri skradła moje serce. Dużo jest też tu dużo silnych kobiecych postaci, co jest dużym plusem
