Beautiful and informative book about the coinciding of the witch hunts with the advent of agrarian capitalism. This book highlights the role witchcraft played in strengthening communities and the importance of women and witches in creating communities of collective care.

found the language difficult to get through it definitely reads at an intermediate level when discussing philosophy and frankly i know little of theory. i don’t necessarily enjoy the way it was written as it really felt monotonous and as if federici was telling so little with so many words …
might get back to it one day since it is an interesting topic

Shocking but rarely surprising, unfortunately. Still applicable today and probably even more in the future :(
