Loved loved loved Stella and Michael, the story was unique, the romance was steamy but also really heart warming. The one grip I had was the misunderstandings. It was cute at first, but got super frustrating especially after the halfway point

I want more.

But seriously, I had the best time reading this book. It is such a warm, loving story. There is just something about dual-POV romance that hits me exactly the right way; reading how two individuals consider their relationship, the flaws they see in themselves but that are either invisible to the other or even endearing, it is something Helen Hoang did brilliantly. And I adore it.

I love the romance in this book and the main characters, love their relationships to others, and love watching them develop vulnerabilities that can be shared.

Was it perfect? No. Certainly there were flaws (the ending felt rushed, build-up to the conflict dragged out a little too much). But this book was good enough to make me laugh and want to pick up more of Hoang's work, so it works for me.

I really enjoyed reading this book! I had seen it on a few lists, and heard about it in my book club. I liked how the author switched perspectives between characters- it gave me perspective on what romance for someone on the autism spectrum could be like.

Edit: I also loved the technical aspects of sewing/clothing construction/etc. that both Stella and Michael talked about!
