Our library received a bunch of dragon books for a children's display and let me tell you, this is the C-U-T-E-S-T. It's about a dragon who was born small. He has tiny wings so he can't fly or win any races and he has trouble breathing fire. Even though the other dragons make fun of him, he's still as positive as he can be. The illustrations are adorable and the moral is a nice one. A+ book.
