I really enjoyed this book, switching perspectives between Sophie and Amy kept the conflicts and the mutual pining interesting rather than letting it get repetitive. The sex scenes were also really well written.

This book was cute overall, but nothing to burn rubber driving to the library to pick up. I did appreciate that one of the heroines was coming to awareness of her own bisexuality as an adult since that experience doesn't always get reflected in new adult romance/literature. I appreciated the banter between the two leads, once they managed to actually COMMUNICATE and I like to picture their sweet lives cooking together and for one another.

Liked the whole cooking side of this, but overall the plot was really just a side show for the smut scenes. Also this was way too heavy on the miscommunication trope for me.

This book could’ve been more but it was cute and queer and fluff in a good way.

Is this a sequel? It felt like all the interesting events were summarized as having happened already, and the current situation - the financial troubles of the restaurant - were not interesting to me.
