oh my God. this book has been THE best so far out of the series. the plot twists were unsurprising but the way that they happened were CRAZYYYYYY. love the kenji & Aaron moments. they're so bromance coded they're so cute. need me a scene w Aaron and James so bad actually. Adam can be present I guess. this book was so good. it was giving found family and I LOVEEEEEEE. kenji was so cute talking to Aaron about tangled. and Ella throwing Aaron a surprise party actually made me cry. I am so happy for my children actually
So GOOD! A few parts were a little tough to follow (due to shit hitting the fan w/ everything) but that was probably mainly due to me reading so fast because I was loving it. My love for these characters grows more and more with every book.
Wow. I actually don’t know where to begin, this was full of plot twists and turns and pain so much pain.
But also some of my favourite parts have been in this book and I cannot wait to re read it and highlight them!
But the one thing I know for sure is that this series might be YA but Aaron Warner is not at all.
Everything about this was just so perfect, getting a further look into Kenji’s thoughts and Aaron’s was so enlightening.
And my favourite part?
“You think these recent events are everything. You think Aaron fell in love with your friend of several months, a rebel girl named Juliette. You don't know. You don't know. You don't know that Aaron has been in love with Ella for the better part of his entire life. They've known each other since childhood...…..The reason he had to keep wiping their memories was because it didn't matter how many times he reset the story or remade the introductions - Aaron always fell in love with her. Every time.”
They are the actual definition of ‘I will fall in love with you over and over again
