I have been long awaiting Titus' book and to see who he would end up with. Rest assured it is worthy of the long wait time.

Jenna Blythe, valkyrie and Sheriff’s deputy has a problem. A really annoying, hot (not that she’d ever admit it) problem. She has to plan the annual 10k charity event with Titus Merrow; werewolf, Fire Chief, and her boss’s brother. They can’t seem to agree on anything, and he’s always questioning her decisions. It’s enough to drive a valkyrie insane! But when they get a call about smoke and suspicious activity at an empty house, the two first responders spring into action--and wind up cursed with spending a lot more time together. Will they be able to break the curse before time runs out and it becomes permanent?

This is the 12th book in the Nocturne Falls series; a series I’ve been following for at least 2 years. Opening each Nocturne Falls book is like coming home. Each book is a standalone, cozy, romantic mystery that always ends with a Happily Ever After. What’s not to love? Yes, you definitely get used to the formula of these books after a while, but it’s kind of like slipping on your favorite sweatpants after a long day. You’re comfortable, content, and know exactly what you’re getting.

Titus and Jenna have been secondary characters throughout the Nocturne Falls series, so it was really exciting to get to see them have their own story. Seeing them interact with their families as well as with each other was a delight. I’m a sucker for an enemies-to-lovers plot, so this was such a satisfying read. Sure, sometimes the dialogue was a little cheesy, but I knew what I was getting into after 11 other books in the Nocturne Falls series. The cheesiness is one of the reasons I love it so much!

I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to feel cozy and watch an adorable couple get their Happily Ever After!

This is one of my absolute favorite cozy paranormal romance series. In this book, werewolf and fire chief Titus and police officer Valkyrie Jenna are always at odds, even more so when they’re assigned to plan a community event together. But when they’re sent out on a call together and cursed by a spell that binds them with a love potion, suddenly they can’t leave each other’s sides. Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite tropes, and I loved seeing all my favorite characters from Nocturne Falls make appearances in this one. The inclusion of Jenna and her love of the Hunky firefighters TV show was especially funny! This one turned out to have an interesting supernatural enemy to fight and a good mystery to solve.
