At first I couldn't really get into the book but WHAT A WILD RIDE. After 20% in i just couldn't put it down, I saw where the plot might be going but I had to make sure it was going that way. I still couldn't really see the plot twist, maybe I didn't think hard enough but DAMN. One of the first books I had to put down because I honestly couldn't imagine going through that.

While I found this book a little slow to start, I think the plot was interesting and the cast of characters were very well written. I thought each character had depth and helped to contribute to a different aspect or theme throughout the book. While at times the story was difficult to read because of the subject matter, it was still done in a way that made me want to keep reading, even if I felt like I needed to put it down for a little.

super fast and engaging read. good characters and plot. twist came early but still had a good ending twist. ending was good but cliffhanger-y (more or less of Lisa’s style)
