I liked this book but as someone that has dealt with recurrent pregnancy loss and happened to read it during my postpartum period, it was very triggering.

Though I enjoyed the last part of the book, overall it was too far-fetched and predictable. I’ve seen in many reviews that readers “figured it out” less than halfway through the book and the same happened for me, after that it was mainly the curiosity of HOW that kept me going. The writing was great and the author knows how to write compelling characters, the plot just wasn’t there.

I was thrilled to win this read in a giveaway. Beautifully written with multi-layered characters. A little predictable, but an enjoyable, quick read.
