It’s such a good fantasy book!! Took me a while to really understand and imagine what was happening but once I did it engulfed me completely. The way their romance evolves is so perfect and exactly what I would’ve imagined. Tho I am mad that the moment the war starts is when the book ends. It’s criers war it should at least have a little of it.
I can’t wait to read the second one.

I was quite hooked and enjoyed the plot a lot! I felt like some of the relationship building could’ve used some more depth and some plot points fell flat or they seem to be a build up for the second book, it’s also a YA book so maybe that’s why. I probably will be reading the sequel.
