No one look, I’m recording all of the smut I’ve read in the past week. I don’t remember anything from this book.

Not my usual genre but absolutely loved this book! Advertised as a smut book but it's pretty tame imo.

However, the story line is on point and this is one of this first books in awhile, where I've been able to see every character and scene in my minds eye.

The book does rush through the opening scenes and set up of the main story but as soon as the relationship started I was 100 percent along for the ride.

This isn't a high brow read and there are some editing/proofreading issues in the version i read.

Loved both the lead characters even though Elena is a weak ass bitch at times and Alec is an absolute dick, I couldn't help but grow to love them and root for their happy ending.

I have never finished a book faster, but Alec and Elena truly grabbed a hold of me and I couldn’t stop reading until the end. This spice factor on the book was

Wow!!!

The angst was decent and plenty, without it I would have abandoned this. The ending was way too saccharine.

Love the premise, the tropes, and the whole idea of this book. But somehow I just feel like the execution fell a bit short. At some parts, it‘s all over the place and too jumpy.
