I like that this book is own voices, but the story was very, very basic and predictable. The art is quite good, but with a very common style. I'm glad to see the representation it offered, although it runs the risk of having some of the notes of appropriation that are often prevalent in neo-paganism (yes I am pagan). I think the story could use a little more depth. It was a fun read however and I liked the mood and theme.
