Really enjoyable. Some great laughs and emotional gut punches. I love spending time with these characters. There were some storylines that I felt were unresolved by the end; I hope they get picked up in the next novel.

This is definitely my favourite 'Thursday Murder Club' book to date and I am highly anticipating the fourth one! I thought this one had a really great plot and I had not managed to work out who the killer was (although I don't read a lot of crime books so unsure if my inexperience with them contributed to this!).

One thing I felt really came together well in this book was the interaction between all of the characters. I feel as though we really know the characters now and whilst Elizabeth's past life is not fully known still, it was certainly given more attention to in this book. I was disheartened that we did not see more of Donna and Chris, but I still liked their respective involvement in the story.

In terms of story writing, I thought it was told really well and the chapters were nice and short, as well as really easy to read and I absolutely flew through this. I felt it was funny in the most appropriate places, and leads of suspects were placed well throughout the book. I have loved the other two books in the series so far, but this certainly was the one in which I felt everything came together more smoothly. Coupled with the interaction and familiarity of characters, this made this by far my favourite.
