4.5 Stars for this book - an absolute rollercoaster from the start of the series to the end. Definitely recommend.

I only wish that the author had gone into a little more depth when it came to the storyline of Vee being Nephilim, and Marcie's death. I absolutely hated Scott's death at the end, but I guess it couldn't have just been a perfectly happy ending considering the whole concept of the saga.

This was one of my favorite romance YA series' until I figured out that I hate that genre, I love the dark angel stories but they're all the same. If you like the genre this is a great story, just...don't become like the needy heroines -.-
I enjoyed the first three books, but this finale felt rushed. I wasn't too invested in the characters anymore, and I put it away a few times.
Spoilers: what bothered me greatly was one of the final chapters, where Nora is at the graveyard, in a matter of two sentences Scott dies, then somehow Patch miraculously returns (by possessing another angel? Still not sure how that worked) and Nora leaps to him and forgets her bloody best friend, who has never fought before and might be dead and if not, just lost her boyfriend and might need her "BFF". It made me quite angry in fact. Good thing Nora called herself selfish and egotistical a few times in the novel, because at least she has some self reflection... I think I disliked this final book because of the way the protagonists behaved, like they were alone in the world, and the war was brushed off as a mere annoyance.

Nora still wasn't the smartest person in the world. I figured out what would happen hundreds of pages before she did. Everything that happened to Vee, Detective Basso, Marcie, Dante, Scott, and Patch was rushed. The ending was too. Nora held no sympathy as certain events happened around her. I'm just thankful the book series is over.
What a great way to end the series. This book was amazing. Not a dull moment. Some parts were highly predictable, while there were still many surprises. Patch and Nora will always be with me. They are one of my favorite young adult couples. This is a series all read over and over again.
Aun no sé si cuatro o 3 y 1/2 tendré que ver como me siento respecto al libro con el tiempo.
it was closure. that was all i felt after this book finished. Closure.
I finished this book in just over a week and I loved every second of it!
