Sentences were often a little too long and rambly (not sure if it is a translation thing or a Pamuk thing since this is the first one of his books I've read) and something about the color or font of the actual pages really gave me headaches (or maybe it was the sometimes long paragraphs?). Apart from that this is one of my favorite books of... well, ever, and I will be reading more Pamuk in the near future. I will also be purchasing a copy of this one for my own shelves as soon as I can, preferably the English edition I came across that made me want to read it in the first place
