Brady talks candidly about her experience as an autistic woman living in a world where it can be hard to be both of those things.
Her way of writing is quick, thoughtful and witty whilst also getting straight to the point.
I’m a huge fan of Fern’s comedy, and also loved her as a contestant on Taskmaster recently. It was interesting and also extremely frustrating to read of the lack of allowance for her needs in entertainment but so satisfying to know that Taskmaster was a positive experience. Hopefully other shows and people in entertainment can learn from it.
I’d highly recommend this to anyone, and would just take note of the content warnings
