loved the idea of this book! turning each page made me eager for what i assumed would be her “HERE’S JOHNNY” moment being a party of one.

MC KIND OF SUCKS. i understand life after trauma is hard to navigate! money does not solve all. i really expected rita and krystal to have died. i was kind of upset that krystal was still alive in the end. MC’s lack of care for anyone BEYOND HER made it to that we didn’t know how she survived and i desperately needed to know??? the amout of blackouts were insane, her mania was insane.

this was a fun read and i want to rewatch three’s company as soon as possible.

Interesting book about escapism after a tragic event. Leading to the extremes after gaining a massive amount of wealth, but also shows the themes that not everything can be perfect, money can corrupt, loneliness can make you crazy, and sustaining what the MC tried to sustain is not achievable. Also, I love Three’s Company.
