The story is formula at this point. Just bored with the average looking professor finding some beautiful women who happens to be brilliant and helping him solve mysteries.

Inferno contains enough action to keep the reader's attention, but Brown takes liberties to make his plot work the way he wants it to. The plot twists, at times are outright lies to the reader.

I feel like out of all the books the clues and puzzles in this one were the most fun for me. The crisis they were up against was also the most intriguing for me. This makes me remember why I disliked the movie and the changes they made. They had gold right here, how could they drop the ball so hard?

Inferno was filled with lots of historical facts and I really learned a lot from it. However, I thought the story just went too fast. There weren't very many highs and lows throughout the story. It was just really intense all the time and after awhile it got boring.

Typical Dan Brown but much better than the Lost Symbol. There were two major plot twists one of which I was able figure out about halfway through the book. It's not literary fiction but you shouldn't expect that with Dan Brown. It was an enjoyable easy read and there's nothing wrong with that.
