Of course I finished this one in a day. Melissa's writing does that to me. Loved this one and related to Hannah so much.

Kurt is the unsung hero and sweetheart of the novel!
The romance felt real and the stakes were so relatable. I love how Brayden creates characters who feel so real and engage in the most enjoyable banter.
Now one of my favourite novels by Melissa Brayden!

This was a very cute and fun book to read. I loved the atmosphere especially inside the book and around the town, it's very cosy and with such autumn vibes that I just loved. And it's wholesome to see some lesbian cute romance. Honestly, even the sex scenes were classy! You could tell there was a lot of love involved in writing this book and it's really cute and lovely to read. I was missing some happy ending, romantic lesbian romance so I'm very excited I was able to pick up and read this book. I highly recommend it if you're into reading some cutesy and happy ending (with a bit of sadness in between, ofc) lesbian romance because it's totally cute and worth it! <3

An honest review thanks to Netgalley. WOW. This was an outstanding read, I literally could not put it down, staying up way to late to finish this in one sweep. The angst that Brayden put into this was outstanding and pulled all of my heartstrings, all I wanted is more. These characters worked so well together and yet they didn't, I would get massively angry and then plead for them to work it out. This book is a masterpiece!

This was just so good. At this point, nobody is surprised. I feel like pretty much everyone that reads lesfic knows that Brayden absolutely kills the game. Surprisingly, this is actually only the third Brayden books that I’ve read, but it has quickly become my favourite from her. The chemistry between these characters was honestly off-the-charts. It just leapt right off the page and felt so real. I really can’t sell this enough, the chemistry and clear connection between Hannah and Parker is really what made this book. It was also really fun to read a romance books about an author that writes romance books, this is the kind of meta content that I needed. Both the characters were flawed but loveable, and again, absolutely perfect together.
My only gripe (which I have for every Brayden book so far) is the drama that occurs. I don’t want to spoil anything, but it felt like forced drama that was extended just for the sake of it. I do admit that it made more sense for these characters, especially Parker, but it is still a pet peeve of mine. Even though I didn’t like this, really nothing can take away from the greatness of the romance. That chemistry was absolutely fantastic (I know I’ve repeated this a lot but you just have to trust me here). This is still such a super enjoyable romance.
