Wow, just wow. I took a bit to get into the swing of this book, but once I did I couldn't put it down. Nina and Lennox were such engaging characters and the drew me into their world.
The romantic world of books is completely enthralling.

A lovely little story. It was hard to get in to at first. I fell asleep night after night to this ebook with only a few pages read each time. I finally had to buck up and finish the book before the library made it disappear from my iPad. I found my self carving out little bits of time to power through that turns into big chunks of time. (I don’t need to clean the house right at this moment). However the book ended way too soon. The book has a huge appendix that the ebook ended only 86% of the way in. Sigh.
Bonus: the book is about books and the main character has the same first name as me. Though it was hard to see in print the abridged version ‘Neens’ of an already short name. (Fun Fact: If your name is only three or four letters long, you don’t need a one syllable nickname of your name.)
I thought the book title was horrible and not an accurate portrayal of what this book was. Then I found out the title of the US edition is different from the UK title. I thought the UK title was more fitting, but the US editor must have known I would not pick up a book with such a fanciful title (The Bookshop of Happy-Ever-After). And she/he would have been right.

Cozy... for the descriptions of the love of reading, the van-bookshop itself, the Scottish atmosphere. The romance at the very end felt a little heavy-handed but overall it was a nice read.
I really loved this book for some reason. It was just exactly what it needed. But the title has absolutely nothing to do with the story...
