Authors need to check their grammar. It was lighthearted and cute but it was often clunky to read and there were some unnecessary sentences Especially in the beginning. It did get better as it went on

Ms. Jimenez to the front of the classroom please! This was so so so amazing! I love romance novels when they’re about so much more than just a romantic relationship. Friendship, childhood trauma, growing pains, abandonment etc., this book has it all.
Side note, Amber was terrifically written and when the truth is revealed, it was worse than I could have imagined. No redeeming qualities whatsoever. 5 star read!
