Why does everyone love this book so much? It was so uncomfortable to me. And not realistic at all. Idk idk it was unnecessarily heavy and far fetched for me to truly enjoy it.

I LOOOOOVED THIS BOOK. At first, I thought it will be one book more, and i was reading it only because i wanted a summer book to read, but i found out this masterpiece instead. I felt really at peace reading this book, i desply reasonate with some quotes of Justin or Emma. On the other hand it was a really funny book (Toilet King hahahah and Justin dates forms) and i felt in love reading their love story. All the characters in the story were really well done, all with diferent flaws and strongs and I loved Abby Jimenez way to write, i will surely read another book of here. I read all the book in only 9 days and all that is why i believe this book is a 5 star.
I enjoyed the book. I felt like this book unlike her other ones had a lot more trauma in them, and it showed kind of how it could really affect your relationship. I thought the characters were good. I do wish that there was more to dislike about the male characters because they just seem too perfect. I will say, though that it’s a good solid 3 1/2 out of five book and it was really fast pace. Emma is very traumatized to the point where sometimes even her character is very frustrating lol.
4.5 it made me feel warm and fuzzy and also made me giggle

I really really enjoyed this book! Such a fun premise but with some really sad, hard-hitting trauma mixed in. The topics covered were heartbreaking but so well-written. Justin was the sweetest MMC and I loved how kind, thoughtful, and romantic he was. His family were also adorable and i loved how they all fit together. I thought the exploration of the idea of Emma’s island and it only really fitting her and Maddy on it was really interesting, and Maddy was truly a great, honest friend for Emma.
A really good read - I’m definitely interested in reading more of Abby’s work now!
Only reason not a five star is I’m not a big fan of third act break ups, though I do understand in this case why it was necessary.

This was infuriating. This was just sooo low stakes and sooo predictable. Nothing bad really happened to these characters cause there were never any consequences.
Everything was just so cupcake and rainbows and sooo pretentious and convenient.
It was fine at the beginning but she didn't go deep enough. Everything was so surface level and didn't have any impact. Idk, i really was not feeling it. Didn't care for the characters and their relationshi either. And i didn't like most of the decisions they made.
