I am LIVING for this series! In this one, Judd is a former Psy soldier/assassin known as an Arrow, and Brenna is a changeling who recently had to escape a Psy serial killer. As they fall in love, they have to navigate through many obstacles. For example, Judd feels pain whenever Brenna touches him since it makes him feel emotion. The breakthrough is incredible.

I continue to like this series rather a lot though this one felt a bit bogged down in the middle. Not my favorite pairing so far either, but still a solidly good read! 4.5 ⭐

4.5 stars - When I first saw this book was about Judd, my reaction was “I don’t really care about him. Why would Nalini pick his story as the third in the series?” BOY did she prove me wrong. This is my favorite of the three I have read. Something about Judd and Brenna’s story roped me in more than the others while keeping me on the edge of my seat. The intrigue was fantastic! I found myself wishing I could read faster just so I could discover who the killer was! Another thing I noticed with this series is that with every book the spicy scenes get hotter!
