I really liked plot and characters while reading first book, but this is book changed characters motivation, they seemed like new characters with same name. Alistair is best thing in whole series but this was just meh.

i feel so empty having finished this book
i haven’t cried like this while reading a book in so long. i’ve never been so happy about relationships formed in books. one in particular touched me the most and had me crying while reading every scene with them. alistair and gavin > literally anyone else

i really love this series as a whole! i feel like the concept is cool and the villain vibes are definitely all there !

this one was more enjoyable than the first book. i really like how the story unfolded! i loved the character groupings and the character development is so beautifully done as well!!

the little found family vibes we get at the end and throughout the book is my favourite <3 and the relationships were top tier !!!!
