This was a fun read in so many ways. I could warn that my review might be biased because
Kathryn Leigh Scott (b. Kringstad) is a distant relative of mine, as my mother's second cousin, but I doubt that it matters much. I loved the book, and I still would have loved it if I didn't know about the author. However, it's no doubt that this connection made me curious enough to pick up this book when I finally stumbled over it. And I'm very glad that I did. I knew about Kathryn Leigh Scott's years as a Playboy bunny, but it was intriguing to hear more stories from several of her colleagues back then. I believe this book was written to give a more balanced or positive view of how it was to work as a bunny, and I find that it worked - without glossing over too much. The author writes openly about the darker sides of the business, as well as the fun times. I will recommend this book to anyone who's interested in women's perspectives in history.
