Very sweet and cute with some spice. Good palate cleanser.

Ada was fairly repetitive in her mind palace with "I don't think I'm a nice person, thus no one else ever will either", thus that got a little tedious. At first I liked it because I also don't think I'm a very nice person, so I could relate, but it got to a point where she had thought it so many times that I just found myself annoyed. Perhaps because she was surrounded by love and still felt that insecurity and it was too much for a feel good book. But alas, I was happy when she embraced the love.

Wes was a gentle and kind man. Of course he and Ada balance each other perfectly - he loves to take care of people and she needed someone to care for her. But when he needed it, she stepped up and took care of him - even though again she made it very clear in her mind palace that she didn't take care of people (because she isn't nice), but she wanted to take care of him (aww).

There was a tiny third act breakup, if you wanna call it that. It didn't last very long fortunately and we got a move on with the happy feelings quickly. Overall it was light on plot and delved a little bit into mental health rep. Cute couple (but Emmy and Luke are still my fav).

I really enjoyed this book more than book one. Ada and Weston were adorable. I love the ranch and the family dynamics. Cute story.
