I really loved this. Ya truly cannot let men dictate your emotions!!!!!! Men are not the center of the universe and can’t be the center of your own universe!! The “poverella” is such a strong image: sad distraught woman who can’t come to grips with herself after a breakup, tearing everyone around her to bits! Sometimes it takes people a while to see her but once you do you gotttttta turn that beat around. Just so beautiful beautiful beautiful. Man this rocked. Thank you Talia once again. I read this too soon after Ferrante’s Neapolitan series, and as such inevitably compared the two worlds. And this world comes out pale in comparison.
