This book was more than I hoped for and then some! ⭐️ 5 stars!
I love how both Irene and Scottie are these flawed characters who work their stuff out and connect. One isn't better or worse than the other, there is no 'she is not like other girls' crap. It's very real and raw. Definitely one of the better enemies-to-lovers books I read.

Solid four stars. Look its teens. Its messy. But it also touches on mental health and how to deal with things like toxic relationships and thats what made this a really great read even for someone older.

i liked this. it was a fun little queer romcom with nice but sometimes annoying characters a great plot and good side stories. I will say the ending was a little bit cringy but other than that it was fine. the only thing that drove me insane is that they refused to say the word lesbian. the only words they used was queer or gay (talking about people who identify as women). It was insufferable. It's not a bad word. It's okay if the characters identify as queer, bi, pan, lesbian, BUT SAY IT. its not a bad word. not staying it is so harmful. anyways other than that it was great and I do truly recommend it.

High school rivals meets the fake dating trope. This was a cute, easily digestible read. The characters were fun and I enjoyed their banter. Jock x cheerleader both navigating pressure and some high school level angst in a very rom-com way.

This book was so incredible. It started as enemies to loves with fake dating thrown in after. Everything i could have hoped for in a lgbtq+ book.
