Bad Girl Reputation is book 2 in the Avalon Bay series. Evan and Genevieve’s story was chaotic, passionate and all consuming. They had a ton of struggles to work through, but I enjoyed their journey as they navigated it all.
Lee Samuels and Summer Morton did a really good portraying this book. Their narration made this book entertaining.

Despite the first book not working for me, I still wanted to give the rest of the series a chance.
The first impression I got of Gen was that she was a bit cold and aloof. I wasn’t crazy about her tendency to go back and forth and give mixed signals, while stringing another guy along. Though I had to admit, she had an air of confidence but was also able to be vulnerable. Otherwise, I was just indifferent.
Evan was a mess, but I didn’t dislike him. Sometimes he had mood swings and didn’t really understand boundaries, but he was persistent, I’ll give him that. Then he took steps to straighten himself out and be a better person, and I appreciated that. He irritated me less than Cooper did in the first book
Speaking of Cooper, he annoyed me in almost every scene he was in. I get that he thought he was being protective, but he needed to learn to trust Evan, and it pissed me off when that he wasn’t.
I was interested in the plot and learning more about what happened between Gen and Evan in the past, the whole story involving the Rusty Randall character, and what caused Gen to leave in the first place. Overall, I might have liked this book a tiny bit more than the first one.
TW: harassment (not by a main character)

Look, I don't often go below 4 stars for books. I'm not stingy with my reviews. But this book would never end. And I needed it to.
Fun, quick, easy listen.
This was Evan & Gen’s story - twin brothers who find love worth fighting for.

just okay
Honestly, I’m a little let down with this one. It seemed so rushed at the end. Some plot holes that were kinda fixed by the end but not really.
