Although this was better than Good Girl Complex, Bad Girl Reputation was a very mediocre romcom for me. I prefer the Off Campus series, and I think the Avalon Bay series just doesn’t have the same charm. I liked some tropes in the book like the second chance and the bad girl/boy turned good, but overall this wasn’t my favorite romcom.

Not as good as the first book in this series. It's slow and the energy between the main characters just isn't what I want. Contemplated ditching this one multiple times.

It's been a while since I listened to the first book in this series, so given that I had a long car journey this weekend, it felt like a good time to pick up the second book.
I enjoyed this second book more than the first one. I think that there was more depth to the story and I felt more invested in Gen and Evan's characters than I did in Cooper and Mackenzie. I was rooting for their second chance romance and the steamy and heated passion between Ben and Evan was a joy to follow.
It was lovely to be back in Avalon Bay getting to know characters better and becoming reacquainted with other characters. I'd say that this book (like the first) does what it says on the tin and is a great, entertaining time.

I liked this book. I loved the healing that was shown throughout this book. I thought it was cute and heartwarming. I absolutely hated Deputy Randall. Cooper got on my nerves a bit in this book, but that's too be expected. I loved Riley! I hope he still makes appearances in the last book. Now, for the main couple. This is one of the books, I'm not sure if this couple is going to last. I didn't initially like Evan in Good Girl Complex. I really liked the Genevieves new start she did for herself. As a couple, I didn't really liked them. Like, at the beginning of the book I thought maybe the couple would grow on me, but it never did. I was actually rooting for Harrison and Liz respectfully. Overall, I liked the concept, and the side characters, and the book overall. I just didn't like the main couple.
it was a cute little romance, but it wasn’t anything special and I definitely won’t really be thinking about it that much. Cute-ish way to start the year though
