This put a unique twist on Cain's story. He and Lily are fantastic characters. There is a good balance between the suspense, adventure and romance. I enjoyed this addition to the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld series.

I absolutely loved this relatively quick read. Cain is going to speed dating events, but had not found anyone, until he met an employee Lily. He was interested in Lilly, I enjoyed how his mother gave him the opportunity to see her again. They connect and fit perfectly as a couple. it is not smooth for them, they have to deal with his ex along the way. Lily was amazing, fierce, and really stepped up when needed. Cain makes you fall for him, with everything he is going through and his devotion. The ending wow, you have to read it. I highly recommend this entertaining romance. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
