I love this series. Hugo and Torin's relationship is the best friends-to-love experience. Hugo has seen all his friends find them forever and wonders if he will find his when he starts having a conversation with Torin things slowly change. This book was really like a butterfly learning to open their wings and fly. I found myself having to put the book down to process my emotions. I can't wait for more.

This book was every interesting and educational with lots of different terms and explanations about the ace spectrum. I learned some new things in this book and I really appreciate that! I really loved their personalities and the way they understood each other. They could fully be themselves with each other.
Hugo loves hugs and cuddles and Tatum gives him that without questioning him about why he wants that. Torin has anxiety and he changed his life in ways that help him with his anxiety, he also becomes friends with Hugo and is at his house a lot and meets his friends.
I received an ARC copy of this book. This is the first book that I've read by this author and I'm definitely going to read more.

This book was as sweet as a cupcake.
Torin was such a gentle soul, shy & suffers from social anxiety with panic attacks, which makes him a little bit misunderstood & struggles to make friends. He feels very unseen by the world & has a mega long term crush on his favorite hockey player Hugo.
Hugo is what you would expect a typical popular hockey player to be....or is he .....
It was great to his the development of Hugo's character, the depth with which he felt & the realisations about himself a long the way.
Their friendship & romance is slow burn, and it was lovely to experience the growth of them both as the story progressed.

Hugo has been such a character in several books leading up to this one. He is so sweet and curious and doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. I am so in love with his love story!!! Torin is perfect for him and deserves all the love. Another emotional love story. It’s definitely a slow burn and lower on the spice level, but what spice there is is delicious. Love all these characters and this shared world that just keeps growing!
