Too. Many. POVs.
Ugh. I really feel like the wheels fell off this series around books 4-5 (plus the Ruthless Boys side series). I know this isn’t a serious series and it is a bit campy, but where along the line did the characters start behaving like their shifter forms? Cow shifters wearing bells? Pegasus shifter naying? I can’t imagine Gareth Tempo acting like a horse outside of being shifted. The twins don’t start molting or building nests so why do the side characters act like that? Just really takes me out of the plot.
So much and so little actually happen. I find myself really not even caring at this point. The demon love child is supposedly some major threat but we really don’t deal with it. Geraldine is just so incredibly ridiculous that any scene with her is grating (and her POV is almost un-readable at this point).
I don’t know if there’s anything here I like.

Definitely the hardest book to get through in the series so far. Too many unnecessary POVs that didn't add much to the plot, but the last 25% of the book made up for the beginning as it was amazing.
