- i had high expectations for this book and unfortunately they weren’t met
- it took me forever to get into it and it kinda got me in a slump, it got a bit better towards the end though
- idk i just couldn’t really connect with the characters
- james however <3 (wish we would’ve gotten more of him)
- i did like the overall idea of the story and the plot twist as well
- after the ending i am kinda excited for the next book and i hope this one was more for world building
