A gem of a biography, a love letter of sorts to brother Ed(die). The audiobook is great for hearing the author's voice, but bummed to miss out on photos.

Picked this book up on a whim knowing nothing about Van Halen but ended up really enjoying it! It was a little all over the place at times (many tangents, many fragments of stories) but I liked the emphasis on their childhood and build up to the first album
