I hate Cade with a passion. I will be reading the next book just so I can see if he will suffer and if he doesn’t I will be angry. I love raven although she’s alittle stubborn. Zeke and his stalking is so hot

The telling more than showing was probably what did it for me. I was willing to let it go if the characters or the plot held my attention. However, I just could not care enough about either character or their motivations to continue the story.

I actually really wanted to like this book but I just felt like there was nothing really a happening. There were elements I liked but the story was just not it.
The little inner monologue where Zeke explains why he’s gonna break her heart was just so dumb and then you take 300 pages to tell us why he decided to do that and it’s just over dramatic like she was PINING after him for 3 months and that was the straw that broke the camels back? Yeah okay sure lol
