Absolutely my favorite book of all time! Use NLP (or NAC) to have the life you want to have. Tony Robbins is one of the greatest life coaches of all time and he continues to help people take control of their destiny. This book changed my life, the way I pursue my dreams, the way I perceive people. I have read this over and over and continue to refer to it regularly.

Loved the method of how he recommends going through your values and beliefs. I've heard many of these things before in other books or in therapy, but hearing it put together in this order was a great reminder and a nice way of putting the pieces together.

Did not love how much he humble brags. Did not love that how much he spoke in absolute terms about certain ideas. Thought he got long-winded. Felt a little bit like he was pushing certain ideas of how one should live their life. In today's lens, sometimes felt a bit like mansplaining.

And hilarious/disturbing to see what was en vogue in the early '90s. Included references to Donald Trump, OJ, and Bill Cosby before we found out they were horrible people. What he says about them still stands, as it pertains to their professional accomplishments (and missteps in DJT). Just unfortunate in light of what we know today. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This was the condensed 2 CD version of his big book. Think by condensing it, that a lot was lost. Will read the book. Can't really recommend the two CDs.

While I am not a huge fan of the self-help series of books and audio recordings, I have either read or listened to this book about two or three times over the past two decades and found it, if anything, positive reinforcement of focus towards self-growth and betterment. Each time I read this book I usually make some slight tweaks towards my daily habits in order to become a more efficient and successful person. I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking to make some beneficial changes to their life. While Tony Robbins sometimes comes off as cheesy and maybe even a bit disingenuous, the words he writes are monumentally inspirational.

I loved this book! Most of the stuff I've read in other places and some of it was just common sense but the way he outlined exactly what steps to take to create change in your life was extremely helpful. I quit smoking using his method!!! That alone earns it 5 stars in my opinion! :)

Great book!

The only thing stopping it from being a 10/10 was that it was pretty redundant. Change your beliefs, change your actions, change your life.

Other than that I loved all the questions and activities. Great way to end off 2021 and start 2022 with a fresh perspective and mindset :)
