Not as good as Ender's Game. I felt the end was rushed (some characters seemed to come into the story relatively late). It was ok
I love the world behind these novels and feel as passionate about Ender's Game as (I think) the typical scifi fan who read it as a kid. This book is fine, but nothing special, and while I wish I could separate Card's politics from his writing, it colors my interpretation of everything.
I could not finish this book.
I don't know if it is because I am older now and less tolerant of authors trying to convert me through their books or if Card's attempts to convert his readers to the one true path of marrying young and having loads of kids have just gotten a lot less subtle as he grew older, but it annoyed me to such a degree that I had to stop reading.
And the saddest part is that I am now afraid to reread his older books because I might find out they were just as bad and I just didn't notice because I was younger and less critical in my reading choices.

Great book and an excellent addition to the Ender saga. I bought it and then thought that maybe I had already read it but it's a new story which takes place after the war and before Ender is allowed to go home or elsewhere. I enjoyed it.
I fell in love with Ender's universe all over again with this book. There were familiar elements from all of the previous stories, and they were brought together in unexpected and brilliant ways. That said, having gone years between reading the previous books I wasn't straining to remember tiny details. The plotting is tight, and the climax takes you to fascinating places. If you're an Ender fan at all, you owe it to yourself to read this one.
I really enjoyed this. So glad to be back in the Enderverse and able to witness Ender's brilliance in action!
This book is actually pretty good, and i think the thing i was missing the most in the series was Ender, so returning to him was a welcome change. I'm also really glad that this resolves some of the plot threads that I was upset were left open at the end of Shadow of the Giant, and it actually does a pretty decent job at closing them off.
Me esperaba un poco mas del hijo de Bean, después de leer La sombra de Ender, se nota la diferencia de pensamiento estratégico y detallista de ambos, considerando que llevan el mismo "defecto" genético.
