Reading Shakespeare all the way through is a real challenge for many modern readers, myself included. I'm glad I did it, though. The more you read, the more you see his importance in connecting references and meanings throughout the modern English literary world.

If I could give this trash less than one I would. He who shall not be named is a disgrace. I blame him for the crusades…

Shakespeare's plays are something you just have to read. They are the standard by which the majority of things we read are judged.

Officially completed the read through today, and I must say - I am so proud of myself. :)

I've been working on this book since January 2011 and I finished everything except for the sonnets. Despite how long it took, I loved this collection. Shakespeare is so vital to the English language and it's easy to see why after reading his plays. Wonderful!
