This second collection of monsters for Advanced Fighting Fantasy 2nd Edition is something of a mixed bag. There are some fun and interesting entries, but also quite a lot of boring 'just exists to mindlessly attack you and get killed' creatures. There are also several cases of incompletely explained and inconsistent mechanics, likely a result of original gamebook text being retained despite the fact that the tabletop RPG has some different mechanics and elements. Still, if you're on the lookout for more AFF enemies, it certainly provides plenty of options.
