This is one of my favorite stories and a book I like to revisit in the Spring. Just like Mr. Mole, when Winter melts into Spring I feel a tugging at my heartstrings to burst out from my door and let my feet take me where they will! It is nice to return to Mr. Mole, Water Rat, and all the characters, to reminisce on friendship, seasonal urges, and the simple delights of Nature.
