This is the same story as the first book, just told from Hades perspective. Because of this some parts were very repetitive. But after a while it felt more in depth on Hades feelings and motivation than it had been in Persephone's book. It was actually fun to read because their becoming a couple was A LOT more realistic than most "romantasy" books that I've read.

As in they actually have awkward moments where things don't go how they planned (like teeth crashing together when kissing zealously).

If you like Hades and Persephone stories this will be a fun read.
