I loved the first book. I was excited for Hades POV as I usually enjoy the man’s even more than the woman’s. I was a little disappointed in Hades. It seems almost all his thoughts regarding Persephone were sexual. There was less emotional Intimacy than I expected after having read a Touch of Darkness. In that book he seemed more in love than he did in this one. He seemed more genuine I guess. Now he seems like every other guy. Obsessed with sex.

- Still a very fun read and I loved the recap.
- You really have to read A Touch Of Darkness before you read this one, because Hades and Persephone are not very good communicators so you miss so much of Persephone’s life and you don’t really see her personality as good here.
