This was a quick Novella that lacked for nothing. Which I knew would be the case when it comes to anything Carrie Ann Ryan writes. She has the ability to pull me into a story and keep my attention from start to finish and Taken With You did exactly that.

This is a spin-off featuring to characters from the authors' other books in the series and two people I did not expect would get together... Meadow and Beckham. Meadow was at her friends' wedding when Beckham, the Bartender ask her to dance and what started as a dance turns into so much more and neither of them saw it coming... What you would think would be a perfect happily ever after soon turns into anything but that. These two share a past but only one of them knows that it's actually shared.
Once I got deeper into the plot, the more answers were revealed and the more hooked I got to these two. It's not easy for them, but they try and make their relationship work. But can they? Can they get through their past? Can they rise above their past and move forward and create a future for themselves together? or will their past come back and tear them apart.

You will have to read to find out.

These two had a connection from the beginning and the chemistry was through the roof. I could tell they were made for each other. At first, I didn't expect it. They were a very unlikely couple but as always Carrie surprised me and I found myself cheering these two on.

This book was awesome. I loved the side characters and revisiting the Connelly brothers. I also can't wait to see what Ms. Ryan has up her sleeve next.

A definite must-read!

5 Stars!

This is the fourth in the series it’s Beckham and Meadows story. They both have a past hidden neither wishes to share but the damage done to them won’t go away they still have the scars from their past lives. Beckham is the bartender for the Connellys and has been working for them for awhile. Meadow works on editing and making textbooks but enjoys keeping to herself because it’s safer that way. The two of them felt a pull towards the other for a long time but refuse to act because nothing good can come from it only hurt, pain and fear for the other person.

Overall I loved the story I loved how we get to understand why the characters are the way they are. What their past has done to them and how they have learned to overcome what they were dealt. It’s a wonderful complete story and Beckham and Meadow are amazing! Definitely a must read!

I absolutely love this book! I love Dillion, the youngest Connolly. He’s very wise for being so young and loves giving his brothers grief. You also see some of his insecurities though which make you feel for the kid. I loved getting to know Meadow more. She’s an amazing woman. Beckham is an awesome alpha that tries not to be but sucks at it lol. It was great to see his softer side though. It was so hard to put this book down to make dinner. It can be read as a stand alone but why would you want to?

Love deserves a Second Chance!

I have been waiting for Beckham's story since first meeting him. He was always the nice funny but a too serious guy who loves to pick on the Connolly brothers. But I wasn’t expecting that type of back story for him or Meadow. Broke my heart but was so glad when Meadow opened herself up to Beckham.

All we need how to close out this series is the Romance/Woman Guro Dillion, to get his story because I can’t wait to see him find his girl and fall head over heels in love.

I really enjoyed Beckham and Meadow’s story. They both are so damaged and just want to be loved but feel that they don’t deserve it after what they have done in the past. It was sweet and readers will be thrilled with this story.

Taken With You is the fourth book in the Fractured Connections Series. I've been a fan of Beckham's since we've met him in the previous books in the series and have silently been rooting for his HEA. Beckham and Meadow's attraction has always shone through, but lord when they let that attraction loose, their chemistry is smoking hot! I went through all the feels throughout this story. I devoured Beckham and Meadow's story in one sitting. I'm thrilled with how their story went. Such a great read. Now, I will be not so patiently wait for Dillion's story.
