an excellent introduction to why intersectionality matters, and why environmental change is directly tied to social justice.

sucks that i can’t apply this without being “biased” as a journalist

At first this book was reading a bit slow for me and felt like everything I’d heard a thousand times, but as the book moves along it really picked up speed and got to the core of what matters in this world. I have so much love for this author and cannot thank Leah enough for including issues super close to my heart like the Atacama natives. Thank you for diving deep! This should be required reading in schools 100%!!!!

Good book to scratch the surface on intersectional environmentalism. I personally didn’t learn much new, but it’s a good who’s who and overview of key concepts
