Everyone in this book was dumb except Katie.
It was very entertaining but I don’t love the fact that all of this drama was based off an affair… Daniel hardly seems worth all this trouble & Serena is an absolute maniac. I love that justice was served at the end.

Super quick read. It was pretty obvious who was truly shady vs not throughout this one to me but I still enjoyed it.
I think this is a solid 4.5 for me! The pacing at the end was excruciatingly drawn out and the plot got easily fumbled there for a minute. I also think this wouldn’t make a good audiobook because of the short chapters and changing perspectives!
Overall, I didn’t suspect the ending in all the details, and I’m really happy with the way it turned out!

This one was just okay for me - I really liked the switch between perspectives each chapter, and loved the web of relationships between the characters, but the plot didn't keep my attention the way I'd hoped it would. The last portion of the book required a lot of "telling" to wrap things up instead of showing. With that said, if you're someone who likes to guess the ending of thrillers, this one did have some unexpected twists I didn't see coming.
I thought this was a great book! It has everything want in a thriller, really enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved the foreboding and dark tone of this book. There's just a sense the entire time that something is very, very wrong, but it's not clear what's going on. It's slow moving, but I felt like there was enough going on that it's worth sticking around for the ending. Overall, I enjoyed it!

This book took a bit for me to get into, but once I did I was hooked. Fun psychological thriller that kept me guessing.
