I will start off by saying, Rom coms and romance in general are not by usually reads.

This book was great, I loved every minute of it. I feel like it was original also. Like what would you do if a dating app said that you would find your soulmate in someone you’ve met before? I loved it and I feel like it was the perfect romcom to get me into the genre!!

3/3.5 stars? I really liked the premise of this book, I wanted more interaction with Met.
I'm left feeling slightly confused regarding how the app works and how it will be passed on to someone else. Is there a bit of supernaturalness going on? Was it all preplanned by Joelle before she passed? I would definitely read more though!

Okay that was good???

Like contemporary fiction/romance/chick lit is not my forte but I had a good time with this???

Honestly I picked this as one of my Amazon First Reads book because the premise sounded creepy (a mysterious app appears in your phone and you’re just gonna be okay with it what?) even though I knew this wasn’t a creepy story. But we stan all the POC characters, all the members of the alphabet mafia, the BILINGUALNESS OF THEM SPEAKING (SIGNING?) ASL.

Ngl parts were a little cheesy but I ate it up like it was a pizzer

What a great debut!! Such an interesting concept and all the feelings were so real, I adored all the relationships and insights from each person, the humor was spot on, and Cori was a great MC!

Not wearing where life will take you or what you want to do with life is such a hard topic but so relatable it’s almost unreal - especially after losing a loved one. I loved this aspect to the story so so much!
