love that they ended with all of them being married, they deserved it. it was a nice ending but also seemed to drag the whole book to the main thing only for it to last like 4 chapters
More of the same bullshit from the last two books. Every single conflict or bad situation was solved with sex. Even after what is supposed to be very traumatic events. Tell me why the parts I enjoyed most were when Lilly was kidnapped and when the guys were doling out their revenge… oh right because those were the only chapters that plot actually occurred and wasn’t sexually driven.
My last review I mentioned the excessive amount of showers and breakfast eating and wouldn’t ya know it.. there were more showers and breakfast eating. Sex, shower, food. Rinse. Repeat. Good god have them do other things!!!!!!!!
If you are reading this before starting the series or at least this book I beg you to reconsider. Either don’t start or take a long break. This series is extremely repetitive, the FMC is unlikable and annoying, and the plot that had so much potential is drowned out by the abundance of sex. I read all 3 back to back and I was so over it that I skipped anything that was sexual and I sped read all the exposition.
If the author cut down the amount of sex in the whole series by half this could have been a duet. The plot is so weakly supported, the smut to plot ratio ruins the experience.
Ash is still my favorite of the guys. His connection to Lilly was the most impactful to his character development and he was the only one to me that felt like he truly belonged with Lilly. He was the one that pushed her, supported her, and was truly the most romantic out of all of them. I thought their personalities best fit together in a way that was a true balance for what the other needed. I also felt that their relationship was less sexually motivated than the others. Meaning they had more moments together that emotionally connected them and their relationship stood up without sex. Really.. I would have enjoyed this being an MF series with just them two with the other guys as supporting characters lol
