4.5 Stars You CANNOT read this without reading Dare You. This picks up right up where Dare You left off with both Bash and Kieran in a bit of a mess. So after a lot of wallowing Kieran decides to take action and follow Bash to his home island. He's trying to figure out why Bash has turned his head so. And Bash is more than happy to have his lieutenant on his home turf. This was really actually adorable. While there's a little bit of tension between Kieran and Bash's friend group and Bash mostly avoids the real questions, I just love how the relationship is developing between them. This is the fast-paced, steamy, swoony, opposites attract, figuring it out portion of their story set in Bash's world. Is this just a spark that'll fizzle out quick, or a full blown blaze of eternal flame? I cannot wait for book 3 to find out. I volunteered to read an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.
Gah, it's a good job there's only a month before the final book comes out because I'm already suffering from Bash and Keiran withdrawal symptoms.
I absolutely loved this instalment as Bash makes up for the seriously crappy way he ghosted Keiran at the end of book one.
It's steamy, of course, but it's also super sweet and has lots of wonderful conversation as both men come to the realisation that this is it.
They need to go big or go home and Keiran really doesn't want to do that and Bash isn't happy about letting him out of his sight either.
I think the narrative has worked really well to show how much Bash has knocked Keiran's world off its axis.
It's more than just a case of of experimentation though, everything about this relationship with Bash is new, but the most important part is that Keiran's found someone he wants to hold on to.
That's been the strength of the two books so far for me. Ella and Brooke have put in the groundwork for everything that Keiran goes through.
He's blindsided by Bash but it's more than just sexual, he's attracted to each element of his character and wants more.
With the (little bit) conveniently discovered potential relocation available for Keiran at a fire house not that far from the island, I'm looking forward to seeing how these two compromise on how to move into the rest of their lives together.
Oh, and how the rest of Keiran's family reacts to him potentially upping sticks

It's a little bit like in prime time where the middle book is like mostly comprised of fluff. It's nice fluff! It's fun fluff! It's occasionally hilarious, there's that one phone call between Sean and Kieran that still cracks me up thinking about it! But it is just fluff and thus kind of not complex enough for me personally to give it more than 4 stars.
again though, excellent on the fluff.

I cannot seem to catch my breath between instalments before my breath is stolen once more. I need these guys in my life!! The wit was incredible. The innocent mischievousness was beguiling. Bash and Kieran are the most charismatic and tumultuous couple I have ever come across. Everything about them was appealing. Everything about them was attractive. Everything about them was absolute. The infinite way their lives have intertwined was beauty in every sense of the word. Their love was enthralling and what everyone wishes for. There were ups and downs, which further enhanced the already perfect story. Dare Me solidified the number one spot for best couple for me. Bash and Kieran own my heart and mind. They make me believe there really is a Happily Ever After. This series is more than a one read series. The Dare to Try series is worth many rereads. I simply cannot get enough. 5 stars.

There are not enough words to describe how much I love Bash and Kieran! This series is ADDICTING! Bash is so unashamedly himself, and I love him even more for it! He's strong, yet soft, and has the biggest heart you'll ever read about. There's just something about Bash that has captured me from the first page, and I absolutely love reading his story! And I love Kieran. He's learning and experimenting, and the conversation with Sean was everything I never knew I needed! Bash and Kieran have absolutely captured my heart and their relationship is so healthy and it's refreshing to see. Such two strong characters that have sucked me in! MM romances are some of my favorite books to read, and Brooke and Ella are two of the best out there! Their books are always so well written and pull out so many emotions in you that you can't help but be sucked into their worlds! I can't wait to see what's in store for Kieran and Bash next...I just know it will be EPIC!
