This book is for anyone who has ever watched American Horror Story, looked at Tate Langdon, and wondered what it would be like to tap that!
Haunted by the Devil is an unhinged romance with touch her and die, who did this to you, and all the other protective MMC tropes. There’s blood, smut, murder, revenge, major daddy issues, and cult behavior. It is a quick and fun read. If you imagined it be unhinged, think more unhinged and that’s how unhinged Elijah is.
It’s giving Joker and Harley vibes, partners in crime! The smut?….HOT. I loved the progression of the story, there was never a dull moment. The characters were interesting and I loved all of the descriptive writing.
This is my first time reading from Kinsley, however, it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you Kinsley Kincaid for a copy of Haunted by the Devil in exchange for an honest review, all opinions are my own.

Rain and Elijah are top-tier. Red flags? NAH. Just a stepbrother obsessing over and falling for his stepsister. This book was crazy I could not put it down. It was like the words effortlessly flew on the page allowing readers to get trapped in the erotic horrors of the cult world. When they say morally grey MMC. Elijah is who they're eluding to. Mans loves his bats. The physical kind and his little bat. Rain is a strong woman who finds her path in the world he has shown her. on a real note. you look at her or touch her and you die.

Kinsley always knows how to deliver when it comes to horror. I've really enjoyed watching her writing style grow and change. Although short it was packed with a past and story that felt new and exciting! Very disgusting, like NASTY in more ways than one. But very interesting and had me turning pages to get more!
Although slightly insufferable I actually enjoyed reading from both of the characters point of views, how they were two completely different people yet ended up together. This story is nothing short of dark and disturbing yet the author does an amazing job making the reader root for the characters regardless of their actions.

Haunted by the Devil was like a shot of adrenaline straight to the heart. I mean, I was not expecting anything that actually happened. It was a great fast-paced dark horror romance. Do I wish there was a little more of a backstory with Rain and maybe a bit more build up with Elijah, yes, but that didn’t stop me from devouring the book. A cult, horror, and enough spice to leave you sweating- what more could you want?

- This book was SICK!!! I am flustered, confused, deranged, unhinged and left wanting more and i know that is crazy!! How could I want more of this you say…..well i guess i really am a little unhinged myself cuz dear god!! i want to know what is next….”if you thought your dad was fucked wait until you meet mine”…..WHAT!!!!
- I think i need to check myself in for an evaluation after reading that book….please be on the look out for my Bill!!

Holy Hotness! This was a dark, steamy ride that I didn't want to end. Elijah is everything you want in a deranged, psychotic, tatted anti-hero. Rain meets his crazy head on and the result is so explosive and hot my kindle almost melted. Can't wait to read more of these two!

This book was dark, twisty, depraved, and spicy. It was soo soo good! Definitely read your trigger warnings as it was definitely the definition of a dark romance. It was very descriptive and it felt like we were right there with everything going on. This was a great step sibling, forbidden, instaconnection story as well! With that being said, it was truly very good and I can't wait to read more from this author.

Elijah was tasked by Master to take rain and her mother because the dark one had spoken and said her mother was evil.
I loved the dynamics between Elijah and Rain. Elijah taught Rain how to embrace herself. While Rain brought out Elijah's softer side.
There were a lot of wtf jew dropping moments, and the spice was spicing perfectly. But let me tell you, I fell in love with Elijah straight away. He constantly melted my little black heart. He is the perfect unhinged phycopath. And I'm beyond excited to hear there is going to be more from my man E.
Nothing says love like deleting your mum and then putting her in his back garden so you can visit her whenever you want
